Boppin Teacher - Abigail Williams

Abigail started dancing at the age of 4 and soon after decided that was her chosen career. She and Chloe first met when they were only 11, as they both studied at Elmhurst Ballet School and were in the same classes together!
After graduating from Elmhurst in 2000 she went on to perform worldwide with 'Spirit of the Dance', 'Spirit of Broadway' and 'Spirit of Christmas' and was Company Manager for tours in 2006 and 2007. She has also appeared at the Royal Albert Hall in 'Carmen', the Southampton Mayflower in ‘Cinderella’ and sung solo in front of 3000 people at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast in the Irish musical 'On Eagle's Wing'! Abigail then went on to the Number 1 tour of ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ in 2008 and spent 2 years touring almost every theatre in the UK that would fit the car in!
Modelling work includes Pimms advert and hair shows at Salon International, UK Hair Congress and The Alternative Hair Show. Abigail also features in ‘Little Britain’ as a waitress, in ‘Alexander’ (starring Colin Farrell) as a Harem dancer and in the BBC adaptation of 'Sense and Sensibility' as Sophia Grey.
Teaching experience covers 10 years of ballet, tap, street jazz, Flamenco, Irish and choreographing wedding dances for couples. Abigail first worked at Boppin in 2007 and is looking forward to returning to the Boppin family!
